Talawanda High School celebrates graduates

Talawanda High School honored its 2026 graduates during a ceremony on May 21. Graduates from the Talawanda School District received their diplomas.

Talawanda School District Board of Education President Rebecca Howard and Talawanda High school Principal Scott Davie gave speeches to the 2026 graduating class, accompanied by comments from senior class treasurer Bryce Alexander Wortman, senior class vice president Finley Thacker and senior class president Samuel Yoches.

Summa cum laude speakers Katelyn Bulanda and Paisley Kirby also shared speeches and the Talawanada High School Chamber Singers performed during the event.

The ceremony concluded with senior class secretary Gracie Abrams initiating graduates to turn their tassels.
