Obituary: Marc A. Muskopf

Marc A. Muskopf, beloved companion and family member, passed away on May 25, 2026. He was 60 years old.

Born in Oxford on July 20, 1965, Marc lived a life defined not by titles, but by the bonds he chose to keep. For 30 years, he was a constant and loving presence in the life of his partner, Sherryl Rowe.

Marc had a way of showing up, not just in the big moments, but in the everyday ones that quietly shape a life. His warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

He is survived by his sister, Cindy (Steve) Staton; nephew, Daniel (Molly) Staton; and niece, Rachel (Evan) McGovern. He is also survived by Sherryl and her family, who will cherish his memory and carry it in their hearts always. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean and Emery Muskopf, who loved him dearly.

A Memorial Service will be held at Paul R Young Funeral Home in Oxford on Sunday June 14 at 1:00 PM
