On Dec. 8 at 4:09 p.m., OPD officers met with an individual at the police station to discuss an alleged protection order violation, according to the media report.
On Dec. 10 at 5:14 p.m., officers responded to a hit pedestrian call on South Main Street and West Walnut Street. According to the media report, the driver was traveling in reverse when they struck a pedestrian who was walking across the street in a marked crosswalk. The pedestrian was transported by EMS to McCullough-Hyde Hospital.
On Dec. 11 at 12:54 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of North Campus Avenue and East Church Street for a vehicle that had crashed into a fire hydrant, according to the media report.
At 6:06 p.m., officers were dispatched to Oxford Spirits for an unwanted person on the premises. The individual was found to have a warrant out for their arrest, was detained by OPD and transported to the Butler County Jail according to the media report.
On Dec. 12 at 9:59 a.m., an individual reported a known person to them had stolen their belongings, according to the media report.
At 10:45 a.m., an individual reported that his electric scooter was stolen, according to the media report.
At 12:26 p.m., an individual reported that his vehicle had been broken into the previous night, according to the media report.
