Obituary: Patricia A. Witt

Patricia A. Witt, age 86, of Oxford, passed away on Wed. April 1, 2026 in Knoxville, Tennessee. 

She was born on April 21, 1939 in Oxford, Ohio the daughter of Orval and Pearl (Peck) Jackson. 

Patricia was a graduate of Reily High School. 

She married Merle Witt in Hamilton in 1959, who preceded her in death on April 15, 2008. Patricia worked in the financial and buying department of Procter and Gamble and worked in the savings and loan department of West Side Federal. She was a member of West Side Church of Christ. 

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Witt, Oxford, her son, Paul Witt, Knoxville; brothers Earl Jackson, Oxford and Dean Jackson, Hamilton; and grandchildren Joshua (Karen) Witt and Penny Witt. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Merle, and brother, Robert Jackson.
